Since its foundation in 2004, Ophir has acquired an extensive portfolio of oil and gas interests in Africa and more recently in Asia. The Company is a strategic offshore acreage holder in West and East Africa. Ophir has made a number of significant gas discoveries in Tanzania and Equatorial Guinea and in 2014 expanded its operations in Gabon, the Seychelles, Myanmar and Indonesia.
